Re-sort use statements using the new Drupal-defined alphabetical ordering

First enable the sniff to see what the damage is, then next we can clean it up.

I'm not sure why the tests didn't report errors - I took a quick glance through the project and found three files that needed to be changed?

That's really strange that I didn't get errors either before I moved the use statements OR after I moved them. They can't both be right. Perhaps core started to ignore alphabetizing and I didn't get the memo?
