Term reference exposed filter in Views block configuration not working

With a View that has exposed a term reference filter in the block configuration (via panopoly_magic), presently the values aren't actually having an effect.

I think this might be a regression from 🐛 Date filters on Views don't work Fixed but I didn't roll back to the revision before that in order to confirm.

I'll upload a patch to fix in a moment
