Service provider platform

Problem/Motivation

I am building a service provider platform. I want to integrate video and voice calling feature. At least voice calling should be available. But the client and the provider should only be able to use this feature when there is an appointment.

Can this module do this?

Or you can suggest me other modules.

You can create content pages with video filed and date/time schedule.
Drupal has permission system that can restrict content creation by user.
You may combine the 2 features to create scheduled video appointments.
