Entity queries must explicitly set whether the query should be access checked or not

When saving a group_permissions entity that require a validation, this error message append.

Steps to reproduce

I'm developping new version of group_permissions_template, you can't reproduce.

Proposed resolution

ad an accessCheck after the entityQuery.
