Add ability to delete migrated entities that are no longer present in source (--delete)

Incoming patch adds ability to select whether or not you want to sync the migration with the source when run with cron. Meaning, if a migrated entity no longer exists in the source, it will be deleted. Same as running the --delete option with the migration import in Drush.
