Drop support for Drupal 10

There are certain things we can remove when Drupal 10 support is dropped. In particular, any kind of checks for the Recipe class, or particular properties thereof, and checks for RecipeInputFormTrait (which is 11.1 and up).

Opening this issue just so we have somewhere to track these things.

    Project Browser 2.0.x will be supported until Drupal 10.x, 11.0.x, and 11.1.x are dead; it has a definite shelf life due to the reliance on the contrib version of Package Manager.

    Project Browser 2.1.x only supports Drupal 11.2.x and later, and will never support Drupal 10.

    So this is effectively done.
