Counting datetime instead of date

Problem/Motivation

When I have tried to apply -1 hour to now range, you cannnot find nothing and I'm sure what I have a content with a coincidence.

Proposed resolution

In file SearchAPIRelativeDate, you may change format from Y-m-d to Y-m-d H:i:s Twice.
