API change causes module to not pull data

Problem/Motivation

A recent change to the HeroDevs API to clarify versions of supported software caused a breaking change in the HeroDevs scanner module. This is due to the fqns object not always being populated, which causes an error in the scanner.

Steps to reproduce

Use alpha4
Try to run a scan
Note a failure and error message

Proposed resolution

Update the API info in the module and add tighter error checking to prevent WSOD
