Content Type agent uses legacy node type data

Problem/Motivation

The Content Type agent provides the LLM with data about default sticky/published status etc. It does this by trying to get data from the Node Type. However, that is not the right place to get the data. This may be a difference between D10 and 11.

Steps to reproduce

Run the Content Type agent on D11.

Proposed resolution

Use the correct mechanism (create a node, check the default values) as per the node type form etc. May need a compatibility layer for D10.

Can confirm this is the correct approach for 10.3 as well.
