Empty Content Warning

Problem/Motivation

On any version of 8.x-2.x (tested 8.x-2.8-14), when attempting to remove all content and save a node, you get a "leave site" browser warning popup.

The content still successfully saves despite the "may not be saved" verbiage on the browser popup.

Steps to reproduce

On a Gutenberg-enabled node type:

1. Add a new node with a few rows of text
2. Save the node
3. Edit the node and remove all content
4. Hit save, and a "leave site" browser warning should show up

Proposed resolution

Ideally, it shouldn't show that.
