Meta issue for tracking Open University Meetings.

To create a new meeting:

1. Add a child issue
2. Set the Category as: Task
3. Set the Component as: Meetings
4. Assign to the Meeting facilitator
5. Include the following items:
   • Link to the Agenda
   • Meeting location
