Fields permissions are not respected in REST Views

Problem/Motivation

Whenever there is a field with custom permissions, it's not exportable via REST export View even if "Authentication" is provided correctly.

Steps to reproduce

1. Create REST export view of fields with custom permissions,
2. Enable "Authentication" to be "basic auth"
3. Request the REST view (by providing proper user credentials)

Expected results: Field should be exported.

Actual results: Field is not exported
