Option to disable on specific pages

Problem/Motivation

We would like to have setting that allows administrators to disable the LocalizeJS widget for specific pages on the site.
This feature will provide more granular control over where the widget is displayed, enhancing the flexibility and usability of the module.

Proposed resolution

• Add a new field to the settings form
• Disable Localizejs for specified pages
