Automatically closed - issue fixed for 2 weeks with no activity.
When the `Display title` checkbox is unchecked the `Read more link` links does not appears(if this link is set).
Create a dashboard page.
Add the custom content block list.
Uncheck the `Display title` checkbox.
Add the `Read more link`.
Save layout.
Improve condition for the title and read more link wrapper in the template file.
