Plugin logger must use `LoggerInterface` typehint instead of `LoggerChannelInterface` in Drupal 10.3

Problem/Motivation

As seen in many other modules, the installer now utilizes the NullLogger which satisfies LoggerInterface but not LoggerChannelInterface, which is not deprecated but states it should not itself be used for typehinting.

Steps to reproduce

Crashed site on install in Drupal 10.3.

Proposed resolution

Adjust typehint.
