The site name during installation is not saved

I installed Drupal CMS and provided a site name in the installer. For some reason, the site name was not save and the site name is still Drupal CMS.

Probably a duplicate of https://www.drupal.org/project/drupal_cms/issues/3492088 🐛 Site name from installer is not saved Active , but please reopen if this is still happening on the latest 1.x HEAD.
