Multiple Locations not displaying locations

Problem/Motivation

When an agency adds more than one location to USAJOBS, the module does not list the locations and instead displays the string "Multiple Locations"

Steps to reproduce

Configure USAJOBS module to use an agency that uses more than one location. Currently Office of Personnel Management (OPM) has a job that doesn't close until December 20, 2024. https://www.usajobs.gov/job/822626300

Proposed resolution

Update code to output each location to match the content on USAJOBS instead of changing the location to "Multiple Locations"
