Only seeing unmanaged files in the public root dir, not subdirs

I've written a patch to add a link to the view for unmanaged files that will pass a url parameter to allow to search all subdirectories as well. I also fixed a bug in the getSubDirectories that was doing something weird with recursion and creating directory entries with public:// in them twice.
