Redirect Module View is breaking

Redirect module view is breaking. Redirect module is only showing the "Edit" button instead of the full list of options (like "Add Redirect," "Delete," etc.),

Copying the config files from the redirect/config/install/ directory to our config/default directory and importing them solved the issue without needing to uninstall/reinstall the module on Drupal 10.3.10
