Redirect Module View is breaking

Copying the config files from the redirect/config/install/ directory to our config/default directory and importing them solved the issue without needing to uninstall/reinstall the module on Drupal 10.3.10

What you saw isn't a view, just the default list builder. You likely somehow managed to delete the view, there are still some issues with views and config dependencies that can cause views to be deleted.
