Problem/Motivation

On 2.x version the update db hook fails with the following error:

Drupal\Core\Utility\Error::logException(): Argument #1 ($logger) must be of type Psr\Log\LoggerInterface, string given, called in translatable_menu_link_uri/translatable_menu_link_uri.install on line 82

Steps to reproduce

Update to dev version, run drush updatedb.
