Make "Send a Check" optional

It would be nice if "Send a Check" was optional. I'm finding users are confused that they have to select the option of "Check" or "Credit Card" before submitting.

    The string "Send a Check" does not appear in the code.

    Ok, it doesn't say "Send a Check", it says "Check". This should be optional.

    Another issue with the "Check" option is the form asks for "Name On Bank Account" when you select "Stripe Credit Card" AND when you select "Check" the credit card field shows. This is confusing for user.
