Fix cspell and phpcs issues

There are still some issues in the PHPCS pipeline
I'll work on them

The pipeline is now all green
All PHPCS errors have been solved
Please review

Reviewed the latest fixes by @akulsaxena and tested the commands again. Things are working as expected.
