Update text in post-create-project-cmd-message section of project_template/composer.json

Problem/Motivation

The post-create-project-cmd-message in project_template/composer.json says to use "composer launch" to launch your new site but that won't work. It was removed in 📌 Write a README for the project template Active . And we should say "ddev launch" instead.

Proposed resolution

Update the text to say "Run ddev launch to initialize Drupal CMS and open it in a browser".
