Change description of recipe to appeal marketers

Problem/Motivation

Marketers new to Drupal may be confused about the wording chosen for the description of the recipe as Google Tag Manager is one tool, Analytics is another and Google Tags are a different concept, the current description references the Google Tag module for Drupal.

Proposed resolution

Update the recipe description so instead of "Sets up the Google Tag module to track the traffic of your website using Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager." it reads "Sets up tools to track the traffic of your website using Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.”
