Support telephone by default

I'm not sure if this was telephone and was renamed to telephone_default in core, or if it was telephone for the contrib module.
To be safe I added a new id instead of replacing the existing one.

I'll make an exception and merge this myself, as Drupal CMS code freeze for rc1 is happening today.
