\Drupal\entity_usage_updater\EntityUsageUpdater::getHostEntities() expects all ERR fields to be on revisionable entities

Problem/Motivation

The module is broken if the user entity has an entity reference revision field (ie. a paragraph) because \Drupal\entity_usage_updater\EntityUsageUpdater::getHostEntities() assumes all entity types with ERR fields are revisionable and the user entity is not.

Steps to reproduce

Add a paragraph field to the user entity.

Proposed resolution

Fix the code.
