Warning: Undefined array key 2 in custom_field_tokens()

This warning started popping up after the new release with token support.

Warning: Undefined array key 2 in custom_field_tokens() (line 230 of /var/www/html/docroot/modules/contrib/custom_field/custom_field.tokens.inc)

Just need to check for count of items when we explode on line 230 to avoid missing keys. Will create a new release ASAP to fix this regression.
