Graphql entity_reference not returning in correct language

Problem/Motivation

When an entity_reference subfield is referenced in graphql and a language other than default is set as param, the referenced entity should be returned in the desired language.

Proposed resolution

Return the translated entity from context vs. the raw computed value.
