HtmxLocationResponseData empty values

Problem/Motivation

The HX-Location header, when passed JSON data, only requires the path in the data. Other data elements are optional. Empty values should be filtered.

Proposed resolution

Provide empty defaults and filter out empty items in the __toString method.
