BgImgFieldFormatter may list the wrong files

In rare cases and with additional contrib modules enabled, the BgImgFieldFormatter::viewElements() may list files the wrong set of files. The viewElements() method should call getEntitiesToView() in the parent class to get the correct list of entities.

Updating the module to do so will also tidy up the viewElements() method.
