Make site logo smaller for small desktop resolution

Problem/Motivation

Currently, the site logo overlaps alerts on a small desktop resolution.

Steps to reproduce

  • log as admin
  • go to /admin/modules
  • enable the Small Y Alerts module
  • edit alerts
  • verify that you can see new options in the Alert Style field
  • select different styles
  • save changes
  • as an anonymous user open the site
  • click on the next button next to alert

Proposed resolution

Make the logo smaller for these resolutions.
