[Small Y Template] Ensure all content types have matching header/footer

Problem/Motivation

We need to ensure core.entity_view_display.node..default.yml have the same header and footer blocks for every content type being used in the Small Y Template.

Steps to reproduce

Create a n

new instance (NOT demo content) of each content type
Article
Event
Landing Page (LB)
Branch
Facility
Ensure the header and

footer are identical.

Proposed resolution

Figure out which one is most correct
duplicate it to the others
export config
