Vary the sent OTP message based on whether SMS or email was selected

Problem/Motivation

The message shown continues to show whether account is found or not (as expected since we don't want to reveal who exists or not), but it can and should vary based on whether they selected SMS or email.

Steps to reproduce

Send an SMS, no indication that mobile phone should be checked for OTP
