Add notes to scheduled backups to display on Saved Backups view

Problem/Motivation

Saving quick backups now has the option of adding a note through the UI. I wonder if this could be added to scheduled backups as well as a means to label them.

For example, if someone schedules backups of certain tables at a different frequency than, say, a full database backup, it could be cool to label one as "table_x backup" and the other as "full backup" via a note.

The same thing could be accomplished, I guess, by having something like a "source" column in the Saved Backups view to distinguish between Quick Backup or a Scheduled Backup, where the Scheduled Backup's schedule label could appear.
