Focus when autosubmitting is enabled is not always the user intent

Problem/Motivation

When the keep open option is used with Better Exposed Filter's autosubmit, the last dropdown receives focus when the view is updated. This should not be the case unless the user has submitted the form via an enter keypress on a multiselect checkbox or the clear/submit buttons in the dropdown.
