Minimum rows/columns not functional

Problem/Motivation

I usually need to enter 2 to 3 columns of data, having to select extra columns and right click in the edit form is non-ideal.

Form Display settings has "Minimal rows" and "Minimal columns" (is minimal supposed to be minimum?), however the changing the value of either does not effect the edit interface.

Steps to reproduce

Add a table field, change the settings, go to edit that entity.

Proposed resolution

Have the settings apply (unless I'm just missing something).

Other than that it seems to work great and watching it fill in from a paste is rather fun, though I was expecting to have commas for the CSV to be parsed out. :)
