Remove or define unused elements/plugins

The code contains unused elements (ConsentCategoriesElement, ConsentCategoriesWidget), and field type/formatter/widget. Need to clarify what are those for, remove if necessary. The remaining code needs some facelift, code cleanup, remove deprecated references.
