Check WSOD patch for inclusion in 3.x

Problem/Motivation

🐛 WSOD when no fields are selected for bulk edit Needs review fixed a thing.

I'm just passing here looking at the commit graph https://git.drupalcode.org/project/views_bulk_edit/-/network/3.x?ref_typ... ... and it seems to me that

• really nothing much has changed between 2.x and 3.x
• this code change to BulkEditFormTrait should therefore also be merged into the 3.x branch, otherwise you'll lose this fix.

At this moment this (as the only commit) has been merged into 8.x-2.x only.

Can someone doublecheck if this should be applied to 3.x too, as I suspect it does?

(I guess it's easy for a maintainer to just merge 8.x-2.x into 3.x...)
