Problem/Motivation

Give the user the ability to get the OTP sent via Twilio

Steps to reproduce

Email only

Proposed resolution

  1. Admin selection of which field on user contains mobile number
  2. Give user the option 'prefer email' or 'prefer SMS'
  3. Alter hook on load of mobile
  4. If no mobile, fallback to email
  5. Inform user without revealing e.g. "If an account was found, an SMS would have been sent to your mobile phone number if we know about it. If we do not know your mobile phone, an email would have been sent"
