RouteNotFoundException exception in normal translate route

Problem/Motivation

Accessing to the translate route for an entity which is not configured in the AT-LS mapping the RouteNotFoundException exception is thrown.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Configure an entity which is not configured in the AT-LS mappings as translatable.
  2. Access to the translations page of the entity

Proposed resolution

Checks the entity id is on mapping settings when is getting the derivative definitions in the derivative plugin.

Remaining tasks

Add condition on getDerivativeDefinitions().
