Problem/Motivation

Steps to reproduce

The JavaScript file used has a dependency on core/drupal but doesn't declare it. This can cause an issue when no other JavaScript library on the site asks for it (console errors, Prism.highlighAll() not called on Ajax, etc.)

Proposed resolution

Add the dependency declaration to the libraries file.
