Does it work for user fields?

Everything is fine with node entities but I need also User file fields to be converted to Media fields. These have been created on my Drupal 10 install but no values have been migrated by upgrade_d7_user migration (for both document and image fields). Is there a specific configuration to add for user migration with Media migration sub process?
