I want to redirect user one with role admin to another page than user page

Problem/Motivation

I want to redirect user one to admin page

I use hook_user_login and set redirect to the page I want but i doesn't work

i need to remove redirect response in EmailTfaVerifyLoginForm build function line 178 but without create patch to delete it
is there anyway to do this ?
