Uninstalling module deletes views

If you try to uninstall the module, it delete the views where View Custom Cache Tags are configured instead of removing their settings related to the module.

This is a serious bug and can wreck sites if not backed up properly.

    Views config dependencies are still quite messy, but there's nothing this module can do about that, you need to report that in core.
