A configurable alert bar that displays at the top of a page. Users can close the alert to remove it from their display.
Assumption:
Allow alerts to be placed on any site page.
Include the ability to have a CTA placed within an Alert.
Description: Emergency, Natural Disaster Closures, ETC have colors assigned for priority.
High priority = Red;
Medium Priority = Blue or Yellow;
Low priority = Black Informational and General Use Alert Bars are all grey background with type color dependent on chosen colorway.
Add some CSS rules for these styles
