Module status

Is this module being maintained or is it no longer needed?

We are one (maybe both) of the sites that report using this module. I see the warning on the project page that it is not covered by Drupal's security advisory policy, and there have been no releases (stable or otherwise). The most recent and only two commits were made four years ago. An issue was opened for Drupal 10 compatibility but never accepted and merged, and the Drupal project update bot has not visited with Drupal 11 updates.

There are two issues mentioned on the project page that seem to have been resolved in the main TMGMT core module. Is that why this project has not received any further development? Is there anything this module provides aside from the content moderation state enforcement that isn't already available in TMGMT? Will there ever be a Drupal 11, Drupal 10, or any stable release for this project, so it can be covered by the security advisory policy?
