Component menu settings not working correctly

Problem: The "Menu Settings" configuration form (/admin/config/content/mercury-editor/menu) allows site builders to organize components into various groups (e.g. "Layout," "Content," "Embeds," "Media"). Currently the default "Content" group is always rendered, even if custom groups are provided.

Solution: If options are provided by site builders in the "Menu Settings" configuration form, hide the default "Content" group.
