Add the TMGMT Blackbird module to the project page and documentation

We have just helped Blackbird (https://www.blackbird.io/) develop the TMGMT Blackbird module → to allow projects to use Blackbird as a TMGMT translator (Drupal 10/11 only).

To help users find the module more easily I have the following questions:

1. Would it be possible to add the new module to the list of translation providers on the project page?
2. Would you accept a PR to add the project to the README.txt file?
