Wrong line endings in flipbook.info.yml

Problem/Motivation

flipbook.info.yml uses CRLF (Windows) line endings but Git recommends LF (Linux) line endings.
It leads to weird diff files like https://git.drupalcode.org/project/flipbook/-/merge_requests/8.diff.

Proposed resolution

The file should be converted to LF line endings.
