event_iam_organizing token url not absolute

Problem/Motivation

This token is put into an email and there it doesn't make sense to have a relative URL.

Steps to reproduce

1. Put Token into an email message template
2. send out email
3. try and click on link in email

Proposed resolution

Make URL absolute :)
